TBD is an award winning architecture and design firm. Focused on design driven architectural projects, TBD has been recognized by local and international publications, including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Dwell, Interior Design, End Magazine, Raum und Wohnen, Dezeen, amongst others.

Located in lower Manhattan, TBD works on projects throughout the five boroughs, with an emphasis on Brooklyn and Manhattan, as well as the East End of Long Island, Pennsylvania and Florida. The office has completed over 40 projects ranging from interior renovations, additions and new construction.

TBD provides its clients with highly customized designs, suited to the particular goals and circumstances of each project. Prioritizing high standards for design and innovation we also give careful attention to budget, schedule and quality. We offer personalized service throughout the entire process from evaluating a potential property, through design, construction, move-in and ongoing maintenance.

TBD was founded in 2011 by Architects Selin Semaan and Josh Weiselberg.  Prior to founding TBD, Josh and Selin gained experience working for various New York City firms on high end residential, institutional and commercial projects in the metropolitan area. They are graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design.
